Overview
This leading technology organization is seeking a Software Engineer – Backend Development to be based at their R+D Centre in Munich (possibilities also exist in Utrecht NL).
Responsibilities
- Develop backend and data platform components including data processing logic and shared platform capability.
- Develop user-focused platform capabilities with features like data enrichment, automation and system reliability.
- Work on production backend systems and on building and operating them.
- Develop and maintain data-intensive systems, including data modelling, querying and processing large datasets.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience developing backend or platform-oriented services, preferably using NestJS or something similar.
- Some exposure to Python, React, Angular or Apache Spark / Apache Kafka would be beneficial.
