Quest Search and Selection is currently looking for Senior Category Manager-White Goods who will be responsible for managing cooling and freezing category strategy and product selection, from sourcing and vendor negotiations to launch and ongoing performance.

The business is for a retail e-commerce platform with operations in the UK & Europe, who is currently growing their category team! The roles & responsibilities of this Senior Category Manager-White Goodsrole:

• Curated and managed brands and products across cooling and freezing categories.
• Executed category strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Led end-to-end product lifecycle: sourcing, negotiations, launch, and performance management.
• Optimised category storefronts, sub-categories, and product discovery.
• Collaborated with suppliers and marketing on promotional campaigns.
• Monitored key metrics (conversion, margin, traffic) to drive improvements.
• Used customer insights to identify opportunities and refine category strategy.

The qualifications of this Senior Category Manager-White GoodsRole:

• Ideally having 5+ years’ background in retail merchandising as a Category Manager or in buying ideally within e-commerce or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and driving category growth.
• Skilled in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Fluent in English.
