  • Build a sales funnel in your allotted territories focusing on new areas of business connecting with developers/studios/publishers within the games sector
  • Agree your forecast working to ensure your target is reached across new business development and the cross selling of other service lines
  • Work with our Preproduction and operational teams in order to develop a strong working relationship with our clients, and manage their expectations
  • Develop and execute contact strategies around outreach
  • Discover and engage opportunities to scale up relationships with current clients by both increasing throughput for current services or discover new services for Testronic to provide to clients
  • Work closely in a collegial manner with Preproduction and the Operations team
  • Gather business intelligence and to share this with the team – pricing/innovation around testing/general client updates
  • Populate the company CRM system on a regular basis
  • Generate monthly updates within our shared drive for business development and current account information


  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
  • Evidence of consistently exceeding sales quotas and winning new clients
  • Experience in face to face sales calls, cold calls, and generation of “warm leads”
  • A strategic approach to Account Management with a proven ability to work largely unaided in detecting, qualifying and generating new upsell opportunities
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and sales database tools
  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident, friendly and professional approach
  • Customer focused attitude with the ability to remain diplomatic and tactful at all times
  • Proactive and positive work ethic with strong sales skills
