DebtHammer is a rapidly growing, US-based startup that helps consumers break free from unmanageable debt. We are fully remote with a strong sales-forward culture and are rapidly adding sales reps. That’s where you come in.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of 10-12 all-star sales reps.

  • Management Experience: At least 3 years managing high-volume sales teams. It’s a big plus if the sale you have managed is complex.
  • Strong English Skills: You should be conversationally fluent in English, and have minimal accent.
  • High Standards for Excellence: You hold an extremely high bar for sales reps, and help people hit hard goals.
  • US Work Hours: This role is 50 hours a week during the hours of 8 am-8 pm central time, from Monday to Saturday. We will work with you to find a schedule that works within these parameters.
  • Good Internet Connection: You must have fast internet with backups.
