ApprovalMax builds SaaS products for finance management and has clients worldwide, with the primary target countries being the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We started in 2015 and, by 2023, have established a product-market fit and scaled the business to about 100 people.

We are looking for a person who is attentive to the details, has analytical skills and is ready to resolve customer-related Operations questions promptly.

The main goal is to work on tasks that are closely connected to the customer’s subscriptions and other payment scenarios. 


You will work closely on the tasks with the Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

  • Implement department-wide quality control measures;

  • Deal with daily customers’ upcoming requests using the internal ticket management system;

  • Review and close the deals prepared by the Sales department;

  • Follow the Operations team processes and keep up with the efficiency of day-to-day operations tasks;

  • Maintain communication and coordination with the team members, cross-team communication;

  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities;

  • Lead assigned operational projects;

  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial operations;

  • Onboard and coach new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures (when required).

  • Proven organisational skills, including time management;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English level Intermediate and above);

  • Attention to detail;

  • Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role;

  • Experience working with customers (troubleshooting, calls/emails to customers);

  • Background in finance would be an advantage.
