In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our Enterprise Voice & Messaging platforms, offering SIP Trunking, Global DIDs, SMS Messaging, and powerful APIs to businesses of all sizes. Our diverse client base includes startups, established companies, financial institutions, universities, marketing agencies, delivery apps, government agencies, and more.

As a NOC Engineer (SMS), your duties will include:

  • Provide support for T1 and T2 Tech Support tickets within defined KPIs.
  • Help customers where needed with API integrations, SMPP Connectivity, Plugin Troubleshooting etc.
  • Manage account creations and SMPP connections as requested by the Commercial team.
  • Manage connection troubleshooting settings and VPN Connections.
  • Escalate problems by creating tickets with upstream MNOs and Aggregators.
  • Monitor quality of traffic, monitor network congestions, bad traffic quality, network binds etc.
  • Apply advanced routing rules and configurations.
  • Investigate all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests, disputes, and others.
  • Offer and Apply rates and routing configurations in the system.
  • Monitor messaging delivery rates per country and apply nesessary routing configurations to ensure highest message delivery.
