Are you a proven sales leader with a track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the German market, owning strategy, execution, and commercial success across all wholesale channelsThis is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to make a tangible impact on business growth.You will be a Wholesale professional who can utilise your contacts and networks to ensure our clients growth plans are achieved.

What You’ll Do as our Head of Sales

  • Strong Wholesale focus across fashion and footwear
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve success and growth inline with ambitious targets
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales organisation across key accounts, wholesale, and strategic channels.
  • Set the vision and strategy for the German market, delivering revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and strategic partners, ensuring excellent service and commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For in our new Head of Sales

  • Proven wholesales experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Track record of delivering strong commercial performance and scaling teams.
  • Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and development skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the German market is highly desirable
  • Comfortable driving results in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
