About the Job:

As a Customer Business Executive (CBE), you will draw on customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help your customers successfully adopt and grow K2View products in their technology landscape. You will lead the successful adoption and new sales of K2View at various customer organizations, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their data fabric, test data management, or application transformation initiatives utilizing K2View.

CBE is expected to engage regularly with various cross-functional stakeholders top-down in enterprise organizations located in geographically diverse teams. You will use your relationship management skills and technical credibility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. As a CBE you are the key advisor for customers when it comes to training, adoption, design, implementation, and other phases of product adoption for K2View across your designated programs.

You may need to travel (domestically and internationally) approximately 25% of the time.



Key Responsibilities:

  •  Accelerate customer adoption of K2View products.
  • Manage the business aspects of your customers, including but not limited to contract management, upsells, renewals, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance and help manage timelines, milestones, and business transformation strategies.
  •  Identify opportunities for growth with current customers through aligning customer needs with K2View products and services.
  •  Lead multiple work streams, teams and maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop consultative, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps. 
  • Lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Serve as a key influencer on our K2View product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to the appropriate teams.


About you!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in a customer-facing role and 3 years of interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation, or transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting customers in data platform and or application transformations (e.g., launch and capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
