Overview

My client is a fast-growing software company specializing in high-performance email infrastructure for service providers and enterprises. Our secure, scalable platform powers mission-critical communications with advanced customization.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Channel to design and execute a global partner strategy that accelerates growth through resellers, MSPs, distributors, and technology alliances. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about building ecosystems and driving revenue through indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and implement a global channel program aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop partner tiers, incentives, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner success.
  • Partner Recruitment & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners across telecom operators, service providers, and enterprise markets.
  • Build strong relationships with partner executives and drive joint business plans.
  • Enablement & Growth
  • Deliver training and certification programs for partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Set KPIs for channel growth and monitor performance against targets.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on partner pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner alignment.
  • Influence product roadmap based on partner feedback and market trends.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

  • 8+ years in channel leadership roles within email infrastructure or email security
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global channel programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, distributors, alliances).
  • Experience working with telecom operators and service providers.
  • Excellent negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
