- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives
- Drive development and enhancements of Amazon Linux focusing on quality, reliability, and scalability
- Foster cross-team collaboration to address complex technical challenges and align with customer needs
- Hire and develop your team; deliver through others as a primary responsibility
